Our imaging technology is based on multiphoton microscopy and is ideally suited to provide high resolution multi-spectral 3D images of the tumor and the surrounding 3D tissue stroma and vasculature. Importantly, via Second Harmonic Generation (SHG), we can visualize the collagen label-free and map the collagen network across the entire tumor.
